Here are pictures of the Coney Island Residents Forum, supporters of the EU Beach campaign in Killough and the Kilclief Residents Association all doing the Coastwatch survey on wildlife, coastal rubbish collection and checking for pollution along the Lecale Coast in 2015.
We conducted the ‘Coast Watch Survey’ over several years in the Lecale area.
Lecale Conservation member Cadogan Enright coordinated the training of local people on how to do the ‘Coast Watch’ survey on behalf of the Ulster Wildlife Trust during October 2015 with at least 18 sections of coast have been counted between Strangford Village and Dundrum Bay.
