Cadogan is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and is Treasurer of the Lecale Conservation Association. He is also the adult member of the committee in charge of the youth group and leads the group’s activities and workshops.
Serving as an elected local Councillor of 20 years standing for the Lecale area, Cadogan represents the Downpatrick District Electoral Area on Newry Mourne and Down District Councillor for the Alliance Party of Northern Ireland.
Cadogan has been a member or supporter of Lecale Conservation for over 20 years and is a life-long environmental campaigner.
